A pair whose dream it is to clean up the city, and do so every morning out of pure passion. Unfortunately, Bucket's nature to suck everything up leads them to often inhaling explosives. Dust has gotten good at repairing their friend.

Another human Toma meets early in the city, wearing a tiger costume. Carries a bat armed with rocket boosters and works for Parmesan.

Ace, Rex, and Max are the Dober Boys, a trio of dobermen who aim to protect Rhodette from other toons.

Formerly the rat king known as Trudy, gave up their royal title and army to pursue a career in cheese making and delivery.

Parmesan's brother, who always wanted the crown and power Trudy had. When he got Trudy's army, never did anything with it and just ruled over his kingdom at the King's Abode with the Book of Pages living there.

Parmesan's army of rats that he gave up to Faux. It is unknown how many pages exist within the Book, but they all selflessly swear loyalty to the king.

Parmesan's most LOYAL and DEPENDABLE assistant who fled the kingdom alongside the ex-king.

Acre's last known toon before his disappearance. Fights with an assortment of power-themed pies and other surprises he keeps under his coat.

Wearing a bunny costume and sporting rocket boots, this human saved Toma from some vaguely familiar toons and mentioned a safe place to hide.
